Steelers sign tight end Justin Peele

David Johnson was waived/injured man the NFL is a cold business as soon as you get hurt and can't help the team you're gone, not for every player though.

 

He's made more money than he earned. Best of luck to him in the future. Peele is not a fullback, if I'm not mistaken, so I think Will Johnson will be starting week 1. Good signing, though. We need someone to be #2 for the first 4 weeks, and McCoy needs competition, to put it nicely.

 

Johnson will be placed on IR once he goes through the waivers...they have to waive them like this outside of the regular season, instead of just IRing him like they do during the season.

 

If this were true, David Johnson would have been dropped many, many seasons ago.

 

I was never a big fan of his but I read that he was having a good camp.So I thought he would produce this season,but this team has been forced in the past seasons to start the correct players after the players that they held onto got injured.Sometimes things has a way of working themselves out.
