They won't need to worry about rookie signings for a few months. They're sitting around $2.5 Mil under the cap right now, so they're going to need to make more room to be able to play in free agency. Ike and Timmons will provide cap space, and working out a long term deal with Worilds/extending Ben will clear room for '14 as well.
