its only wednesday. if Ben keeps practicing with not set backs i still say he plays. if there is no chance of further injury to the rib and he is 85%, that is still better than a 100% Batch.

Is there really any benefit to having Troy back? How in shape is he? How long till he gets hurt again? The defense is starting to click and we're going to throw someone in who's sat on the bench most of the season? Look how long it's taken Harrison to get in "football shape".

I sure don't want to see Ben playing at 50% on Sunday. That is just an invitation to get him re-injured and put him out for the rest of the season. But I'm almost certain Ben will not play Sunday against Baltimore. It is much more important for him to come back the next week with a little more rest and healing and be the leader for us to run the table. By the way, I think this years Steelers "if they can avoid anymore serious injuries" can run the table through the remaining four regular season games and the four playoff games. It certainly won't be easy, but it is definately possible.

you're kidding right . this is the same team that WITH BEN..lost to the raiders, titans and went OT with KC with ben playing almost 3/4 of that game... this team will NOT win the SB.. no how .. no way .. problem is.. this team has no killer instinct.. so we never put a team away .. and one of those games will come back to bite us in the ass..

It's troy. Of course there is a benefit. The opposing offense has to account for him.

Well that is your opinion, regarding running the table, and I respect that. But that doesn't change my opinion. We will know who is right and who is wrong before long. Odds are in your favor but we will see how it plays out.
