The defense needs to set a tone with a three-and-out on the first drive of the second half.

 

I was hoping for a two possession lead at the half, but a tied game it is.

 

He got hit so hard earlier he either got concussed or just his feelings hurt.

Well this season the D has adjusted and that's what I'm looking for. Maybe put Alualu in on the line and pull a lb to stuff some of these cut back runs.

 

Artie has incidental contact briefly with face mask, and that gets called, but not a blatant hold of the best WR in football.

Well I still think Steelers can cover the spread, but not if the packers are allowed to drag our receivers to the ground without a penalty

Terrible! The NBA gets accused of bias for their superstars, but the NFL goes out of their way to not call crap on their best players....

I think we get some bad calls against us but we also normally get some that go uncalled. However tonight it is just stupid. Been a few false starts, Bryant had a hand in the face on his TD, and if that was not a hold or PI against AB, then I need to try out for the NFL lol.

 

I know refs can't see everything, but you'd think on a crucial third down with the ball going to the best WR in football they might catch the fact that he was dragged down to the ground.

 

Win a half against an inferior team. I like our chances

 

Week after week, there is a lot of paranoia with the refs. Then I go lurk on the other teams site. And they have an equal amount of paranoia saying the refs favor the Steelers.

Am I in the minority, thinking on average, the refs give it their best and do a pretty good job?

 

Yup the inconsistency in the league really makes you wonder. The last thing the league wants is for us fans to think the game might not be on the up and up.....but then they continually have terrible officiating and blatant missed calls and they call ticky tack stuff.....

 

i do too, but if we lose TSF might crash lol

 

The refs suck tonight plain and simple. Just win the game by playing focused.

 

Does Hochuli have an axe to grind with the Steelers? Incredibly one sided so far.

Penalties and drops, pretty much the story in the 1st half.

 

I’m going to go out on a limb here and say:

Yes, yes you are in the minority here....lmao!

 

I see it as consistently bad throughout the league.

 

In the second half, we need the refs to be fair, Bell to step it up and Ben to continue playing well.

Oh, and Artie to not bust assignments lol
