Steelers On The Discovery Channel Friday Night

Will they be showing game highlights?

 

Right? Once was enough.

 

it's a story about hunting the ever elusive first win of the season.

 

I heard it was about the receivers who go across the middle. Title: "Deadliest Catch"

 

The way we have been playing it should be on comedy central

 

Forgot about this...anyone watch? Any good?

 

This was a lot better than I was expecting.

One interesting thing. I guess I knew the Steelers traveled later, but it really kinda put it in perspective. THe players practiced Thursday, got on a plane all night, and practiced Friday AS SOON as they arrived. Had Saturday to rest and then game Sunday.

I'm not saying this is why we lost... but why wouldnt you give them a couple days to adjust?

 

I seen fatigue in the players from the time they set foot in london till gameday it was hard to watch. Some of our best players failed to execute it was a poor decision maker as to the flight Schedule.

 

There was a thread about this before the game. It was pointed out that the Patriots did exactly the same thing when they played in London.

 

it was a good watch.

in hindsite, yea, i'd have to say we should have gone earlier. they were like zombies and the vikes looked a lot fresher, during the game.

 

I watched it and came away with the feeling that the team was tired, they even had some scenes where the Steelers were laying around on the floor sleeping and a Viking player [#69] even mentioned during the game about the Steelers being tired because of coming over later in the week.......It was an interesting program that covered the whole nine yards from leaving Pittsburgh to the end of the game.

 

Mike tomlin
is a buffoon thinks he can buck the system with his dumb philosophy he cost use that game and our season by flying out that late

 

Two things really bothered me.
1.Suisham talking to the Vikings player about the travel by Plane, train and bus the day before and the Viking player looking fresh and asking why?
2.Tomlin smiling after he lost and the other coach saying 12 games to get back into this thing.
