I work for a multi billion dollar company. Where was my day care? Should all Walmart employees be given free day care? How about all auto industry employees? Airline employees? Where does it stop?

 

If 85% of your industry competitors offered it you wouldn’t sound crazy wondering why your company doesn’t.
