    So was foster, AV, feiler, banner, hassenauer, finney. With our money trouble these guys have been in the system. Not all rookies are ready. These guys have at least seen some pro coaching for a couple of years. We have counted on these types for years now and with some success. :cool:

    That said, to continually rely on such players is simply unrealistic. Furthermore and, keep in mind, for much of those aforementioned players careers, Todd Haley and Randy Fitchner were running similar Offensive Schemes. Matt Canada's is far different from both as his concepts are all about speed, mobility and quick strike capability in terms of moving the sticks. Fichtner's was all about control, sustainability and kill shot capability. Yes, the game is still designed to score as many points as possible but there are different ways to do so. Such an Offensive Philosophy also applies to the Lineman. If the core concepts change.... so must the Lineman.

    Klemm seems to have the right attitude, he admitted the OL was soft, and they need to fix that.
