he makes too much money working on his own i believe. besides right now the people that pay for his service are willing and cooperative clients. i imagine he's less interested taking on stubborn players and assuming blame for them. but imagine what if....

just now. i said in a thread awhile back that if shaws the best, then hire the man. send the whole team down to him. whichever. i remember watching about jerry rices own offseason training regiment. it was brutal. thats why he was soo good though. he worked. i could see casey and max using the ab-roller for doughnut dough rolling is about it.

It needs looked into, injuries are not just occurring, as they always do, but on a drastic rise. League wide too.

I think the new CBA is going to be looked at in the next few years and some adjustments will be made. Some things will be retro-ed, I believe.

It's a little of everything though, I think. The CBA and how players are worked now, the speed and power of the game, the protective gear, and schedule all come into play.

Agreed, the people saying the steelers injuries are not conditioning related need to understand that good strength and conditioning improves the body in other aspects, that may prevent the injuries in the first place, even though the injuries would seem to not be conditioning related like an ankle or acl, if they are in great shape, strong and in the best condition, then it's possible that some of the injuries could of been prevented.

Again with the money the Rooney's pay them and invested in them, they should exspect the best in S & C from all of them. Even if it prevents one or two injuries a year.

I heard that Ike is back at it working out . They mentioned he is working with Tavon Austin. Now that guy would make us forget about Rainey real quick. He's dynamic .
