Woodleys problem with it was because of His weight fluctuate so dang much. ....and I believe after the 2nd SB...He got complacent.

Well He did have one dropped, and another.....I think He got way too excited about. LoL.
It's actually His mental part I'm seeing growth in. Biggest thing is .....everytime You can point to something wrong with His game .....so far....within a couple of games He's better at it. No telling what His actual ceiling is ....if He keeps that up.

Thanks for the correction. Is Flores a position coach or is he a consultant?

Either way, that was idiotic at the end of that game.

He's the LB coach, and Senior Defensive Assistant.

Not a great throw, but I’ll betcha that Pickens has caught hundreds of balls more difficult than that one.

Nah it wasn't really catchable. Our 6'3 receiver had to jump and extend with one arm just to get his fingers on it. He was wide open, Kenny just missed... it happens. He played pretty well otherwise.

he is very capable, just has to keep working on fundamentals, footwork, technique reading defenses.

These are the things that kill me about some people.
It’s hard to put much stock in a persons opinions, when they don’t seem to know the simplest of simple things about the team.

He wasn't fired, his contract wasn't renewed so I guess he's retired.

That's about how it was put, or how it was told.

Yup we were told his ceiling was low and he was nfl ready but it’s quite opposite. Seems he lacks the physical traits like a big arm but you can tell right away he has huge work ethic. Teammates agree. Also analysts saying they can see something in him.

if we give him a line and some more time he may actually be a good nfl starting qb

Yeah that’s potentially a pick six unless he throws a Ben R bullet pass

He doesn't have a Josh Allen/Patrick Mahomes arm, but I wouldn't say he lacks the physical traits to be a quality NFL quarterback.

The low ceiling bit was always crap generated by people who are too caught up in physical skills and don't realize that it is mental abilities that really determine a quarterback's ceiling.

He was more NFL ready than the other top quarterback prospects in the 2022 Draft, but that doesn't mean he was ready to be at his best from day one. Who else among the top guys got a real look so far? Willis, who showed that he was nowhere near ready.
