I didn't see the game so I cannot say whether or not the team was doing well. That said, Arthur Smith is LEAGUES ABOVE whatever the hell Matt Canada is.

Well I feel better about the O going into the dallas game. Cowboys have oline issues like we do so it will be the TJ and Mica showdown. Hope Patterson is healthy to run on their D as well. Night Gents.

We scored 24 points despite shooting ourselves in the foot repeatedly. Did that with a patchwork offensive line. In addition to that we were down to a single rb.


Let’s not forget they didn’t fold when down by 17. They turned it into a ballgame and had a chance at the end

Unnecessary roughness penalty gave away a FG chance
Pickens fumble gave away a FG or probably a TD.

Completely inexcusable loss

Yea, it wasn't at it's best, but the offense doesn't help when they can't move the ball and the D is on the field all game long

 

When was the last time you felt we really had a chance to come back, AFTER a game was played so poorly? IDK how to feel about the team, games like this happen, but the grit Fields showed was very positive.

 

The defense has to wear this one. Really poor for most of the game. Especially on 3rd down…. Just awful.

One other thing I noticed is on offense, we almost always let the play clock run down inside 4 seconds before snapping the ball. That’s an advantage for the defense. Easy to fix…. Just do it.

The Defense, from what I am seeing, did this team zero favors in the first half. I also heard that Joey Porter Jr got his ass cooked.

 

Yeah, at least they didn't lay down like beaten dogs. They played their asses off. Just too many mistakes and that PF against Fitz sure hurt. Offensive line better get healthy in a hurry.
