I was listening to 93.7 The Fan in Pittsburgh and they reported that his knee injury was worse then expected and he is out for the year. No other news other then him going on IR.

He came in and played at a high level when Devin Bush went down.

 

A crying shame. He performed well above expectations. Wish him well.

 

These guys are frail this season. Fallin apart like graham cracker.

 

I thought he was on IR designated to return?

 

We lost Bush, Dupree and now Spillane. Williams out with Covid uphill battle tonight and rest of season.

He’s designated to return. Out for 3 weeks minimum.

If Spillane out = season over then the season was already over.

 

It's a huge loss considering how well he stepped up. Teammates were even saying that he's the real deal and he proved that on the field.
