To use your own words that was a solid game Mike.

You know those bye weeks are really tough to overcome sometimes.

I'm always impressed with how disciplined Tomlins teams are and his ability to put a game plan together that exploits other teams weaknesses. We're lucky to have a coach like him.

Well. It's no secret that the Ravens beat us 9 out of the last 12 meetings. Did we really expect anything different ?

Rat Birds been in both Ben and Tomlin's head for the longest...

So, the Ravens really seem to have the Steelers number, even though on paper the Steelers appear to have the superior talent. Is Harbaugh that much better of a coach than Tomlin? I'd hate to think that, but what other conclusion can you come up with?

Tomlinis that much worse than harbaugh. Actually, than 90% of all coaches in nfl. He IS that bad. And will be for next 6-7 yrs until he "retires" according to team reps, who are equally as inept.

I just don't know how Tomlin ever allowed that onside kick play to happen.

That's literally the 2nd worst play I've ever seen or heard of, EVER!

Embarrassing. I knew it would happen too. It's time to make a change in coaching and draft a darn quarterback.

They probably practiced that 100 times this season and it maybe worked once.

    That was terrible.

I don't know why the don't try and kick it as high as you can 25 yards down the field and have a jump ball.

Wait your assuming that he actually gets involved in coaches decisions and game plans from the looks of it he just lets the nuts run the asylum. How he let the game unfold the way it did under his watch leaves me almost speechless

Run, run, pass from 3rd and long.

    Rinse, repeat.

Another road game, another conservative, chickensh!t gameplan.

This team is in a tailspin. They get blown out by Dallas and if they hand Cleveland their first win the following week, Mike Tomlin should be summarily fired along with Todd Haley. Let Grimm take over.

    ****, I'd do that now.

Steelers WRs were awful today. Brown was OK in the 4th quarter... the rest were horrific all game long. Coates is no Martavis Bryant... just a terrible game today and he's regressing badly.

    ben had rogers all day
only started to go that way in the 4th
    AND
the ravens baited him to do that
he almost had 2 picks going in Eli's direction TOO LATE in the game

I didn't catch the first half (thankfully), but I couldn't work out why they were running that much without any success, and then NOT using play-action at all. The Ravens were stacking the box and double covering AB - surely PA was the obvious way to stop that???

Please go review the play by play at NFL.com. You will see that it wasn't run run pass

The one thing that made me feel better about the whole fiasco was when Tomlin said during his presser that we own this today. I don't know how I would have made it if they hadn't let me know that.
