agreed ck as I do yours my friend. I agree about ike, and I have been one of ikes biggest fans since we drafted him. troy also is in that boat for me. it's time.

I don't believe so, but remember back DL talked of getting more pass rush from the DE position and putting less on the OLB position in return. that made ziggy's type expendable and we went after guys like tuitt which we got, and some stockpiling of guys like the kid we lost to Arizona and hemmer and kruger and conrath. we also had Williams which we lost too. we seemed to be opting for more speeder types from that spot, so it left bigger types like hood and woods as expendable. I think it was as much a change in style as much as anything. the stop the run first at any cost had to change with the way the offenses had been dictating.
