Saunders

I was reading one article that said suanders was the best te we have at blocking. Im thinking what the writer meant to say was of the three because miller is the best blocker

 

saunders is a good blocker. he has almost 20lbs. on heath. i'm just excited that he can be trusted to block and free heath up even more in the passing game. saunders also helps us in that department too. heck maybe we can just put 25 more lbs. on saunders and use him as the LT ala larry brown back in the day. larry was awesome at LT and TE. this can only be good news for us though having him back. if decastro can get back by game 10-11 we would be fully stocked on offense and be primed for a stretch run into the playoffs. raying:

 

Kemo has 100 pounds on Heath. Your point being? Surely you weren't saying there's a case to be made for Saunders being a better blocker than Heath...

The writer must have meant Saunders is the best out of Saunders, Pope, and Paulson. Either that or he's a total idiot.

 

While I didnt look into him much (or any TE for that matter)...but when I saw him at the combine...I liked what I saw and since he figured to be a mid to late round pick...I had no problem if the Steelers picked him there. So I was happy when they got him.
