I haven't seen much updates yet...we will probably find out in a couple hours....

I read the Boston report saying he signed it and it also mentions...we can counter offer, receive a pick...

OR we could negotiate a trade. Anyone on the Pats worth a taking a look at?

Unless it is better than the #3 pick from NE this year...you take the pick.

Funny couple of comments on the Pats message board.....

    -------------------------------------------------
Tweet from current Steelers WR Antonio Brown:

Guess AB the last guy standing ! #SteelersNation

    https://twitter.com/AntonioBrown84

Make of that what you will

Young money crew is just 1 person now...does that mean he's still a crew?

It is being reported in the PG 3-16-13 that he did sign an offer sheet from the Pats,
    Oh No plan B?

Why is everything so bizarre when it comes to news with the Steelers? Remember the cloak and dagger Haley interview with Az? Now this? NE has to notify the Steelers immediately yet the Steelers say they haven't received any word, weird.

The Patriots have been trying to contact the Steelers using Elvis Dumerville's fax machine.

I was confident that the reported offer sheet was nothing more than rumor up until AB's tweet. If we lose Sanders I'll be seriously concerned about the 2013 season. An offense centered on Dwyer,Redman, Brown, and Paulson is going to be a brutal start. At least with both Brown and Sanders we had a threat of explosiveness, but with Brown alone it could get ugly quick.

Not quite right, per the CBA its Sanders responsiblity to deliver the signed offer sheet to the Steelers. Then the steelers have a period to either match or decline to match the offer. If they decline they receive NE 3rd rd pick.

This is a deep draft. I'll take the 3rd pick. Sanders has a world of promise, he just hasn't lived up to it so far.

Either way there's conflicting reports so we must wait and see how it plays out.

Ha, more misinformation then, I got that from Mark Kabloy on the home page, he said Pats have to notify Steelers immediately, then another dude followed it up with a "yes, clearly stated in CBA".

Here's most of that conversation. It might be a protocol, but it's not something spelled out in the CBA.

NE is currently trying to restructure the contract of Brandon Lloyd. If they can get something done there, they won't need Sanders. If they can't get something done with Lloyd, I bet they cut him and make an offer to Sanders.

Yeah, social media has driven the ethics of journalism into the ground. Accuracy has been sacrificed in the name of brevity.

Yesterday, TMZ posted something about how Lil Wayne's last rites were being read to him as close family gathered around the bedside. An hour later they reported he had stabliized and then posted a tweet from Lil Wayne.
