After the Ingram signing. Not mentioned here but Dave Bryan just said on the recent podcast that they have $22.8M in dead money accumulated in 2022 with all the voidable years deals, so anytime you see how much cap space the Steelers have next Spring, make sure it accounts for that.

Best way to track the cap is Overthecap IMO, it gives an excellent breakdown of the teams situation this year and out as far as 2025, albeit projecting more than 2-3 years out is probably pointless. You can see the implications of cutting and trading or extending players etc.
