Ryan Clark: Steelers Consistently Have A Cancer In Their Locker Room

I hope that is the case and we can garner a few top draft picks for another team to have the "honor" of Coach Tomlin establishing a similar locker room elsewhere. I will say it again, if he steps into a veteran locker room where they are close to the next level he will be successful but unless he changes the way he holds players accountable he will never see the success he had the first few years in the burgh. To get to the highest level of success Super Bowls and AFC Championship games you have to establish a no nonsense team oriented philosophy, have players that put team in front of me and never waiver from being accountable for your on and off field performance. If George Pickens was in Navy Seal Buds training he would ring the bell on the first day!!
