I was trying to figure out if/how this affected the stockholders shares

I struck out trying to figure out current ownership percentages and found nothing current or useful

Art II has the voting majority and that is not changing for a long long time

He has four children

Not trying to be a jerk but a man passes away and you are trying to figure out in a sense if it’s good for the organization or not. RIP

I was looking it up last year because someone asked about leadership beyond AR2 and I think there is a DR2 who is Art's brother or nephew or something and the article said Art had all girls.

 

they sold those shares and art2 holds the biggest percentage over the other owners. tull and stallworth. how they keep control. the racetracks would remain with patricks girls. i believe that's how this goes.
