Way to avoid her having to testify against you. Not sure on the legal aspects of this, but what does this actually do to the indictment? Seems a little fishy to me that they would move the date up that far for what exactly?

If this guy doesn't get suspended there's got to be a big black eye on the NFL!

The Karma Train will catch up to Rice sometime this season. Can't wait to see it but hope it will be at least six games in before we can begin watching for it, unless of course it comes in training camp.

He better and it better be at least equal to Ben Roethlisbergers suspension, if not more.

Exactly. What Ben may have done is horrible and worth more than 4 games (it's worth expulsion plus heavy jail time if he did it), but there's serious doubt if he did it, and clearly not enough evidence for law enforcement.

Rice did it. No room for denial. He struck a woman twice and knocked her unconscious, and everyone knows he did it. That has to mean something. There has to be a difference there. Ben gets 4-6 games for possibly assaulting a woman. What is definitely assaulting a woman worth?
