Revis could be on the trading block

This is not a thread saying we should trade all our draft picks for him and that he should be a steeler and blah blah blah. But i'm bored and I am already sick of hearing about this super bowl and the Harbaugh's. I read that Woody Johnson would like to trade Revis (whether or not it's true, idk). But I just want to know what or who you would throw at the jets from the steelers if you were going to trade for him. Just a hypothetical scenario and i'm just interested to see what you guys would do if you were playing the steelers gm and were interested.

There's no doubt that Revis has a lot of talent, and he is a very good CB. I am honestly not good at this kind of stuff, as far as evaluating and projecting what I would offer the jets for him. Thats why I'm throwing it to you guys.

 

Mike Wallace in an absolute heartbeat. Mendy in an absolute heartbeat. Keenan Lewis in an absolute heartbeat. Ike Taylor in an absolute heartbeat. I'm a cornerback loving dude though so it's not really fair to ask me this.

 

Oh I was figuring that he must not be worth as much anymore so I thought we might be able to get him for a good value. Man giving Sanchez that money has set that team back for a loooong time.

 

Wallace and Mendy are UFAs... the Steelers can't trade them to anyone, even if they wanted too

 

I didn't even think about that but I was just sorta taking this thread in the hypothetical sense but since you said that one thing it made me wonder was whether or not they could use the franchise tag which would allow them to? Or is it too late for that? I mean would they have had to do that at the start of this year? Also how many franchise tags are allowed to be used?
