    Thats the thing. Neither should be the case. If we are going to re-educate our police force, lets also re-educate our communities on how to cooperate with the police. I wonder how many of these cases could have been avoided had the suspects cooperated as opposed to resisting arrest.

    I am working, and don't have time to respond further. I do see that this is no longer anywhere close to Steeler related, and potentially going off the rails into ugliness, so I'm closing this thread.
