A franchise can be poorly run but still be successful on the field. It's not as likely of course, but it's more than possible. Stroud is playing great. He looks like he has a great career ahead of him. The Texans are in a far better place personnel and coaching wise than the Panthers are. It's not like it's just Stroud vs Young.

The majority of people had Young over Stroud. Only time will tell if Carolina made the wrong pick. it's far too early to claim anything of the sort

True, most of Houston's WRs are young but talented and Demeco Ryans brought in pretty good staff to support him.

Yes I believe Texans are a less team than Carolina. This is the same team 90% percent of people said D. Watson must leave because they were the worst run organization from top to bottom, but now that they have a real Qb they have now changed their minds. Just like Bengals...a total laughing stock....until they got a real Qb....now everyone forgot. Hell there are many on here , and in the media that said Carolina was the dark horse team this year. Some have short memories.

The Texans were a mess also. They had HC O'Brien (2014 -2020) who gave away DeAndre Hopkins, then David Culley in 2021, Lovie Smith 2022. Watson's rating and other stats were pretty good from the time he arrive in 2017 through 2020, until O'Brien had the brain fart and let Hopkins go. The other 2 coaches stunk up the joint. They seem to be pretty stable now and building, unlike Carolina.
