Redux...Missing sideline leaders

It's been said before and I didn't want to try and dig up all the old Hines Ward threads.

This team doesn't seem to have that verbal leader on the sidelines.

I just watched some old tape and Hines was constantly talking and keeping everyone in the moment, including Ben. He was really pushing Ben to lead the team. Right now I don't think Ben can hold them together and they desperately need someone out there keeping them engaged.

It just feels like there's that flat tone every stinking game!

There's nothing the anyone can do until someone steps up that these guys respect and follow. Call it the "AHA!" moment!
