I'm sure they could ruin RGIII just as quickly as they have almost every other QB to come through their town.

I am not so sure on that....RG3 is a special type of guy he might help the Browns turn the Corner ...They use to be a rivalry,I have NP with them getting better....IMO the stronger the Division gets the better we get..

Plus we always seem to play down to the level of the opponent ,so again I think this helps us in the long run...

I would entertain that we get the #2 for Wallace if there is no way we could keep him. He is proven, no risks pertaining a draft flop. We could then trade it so we get a stud O-lineman and a good prospect Wide Receiver and will have money next year to sign Brown! That would give Bradford someone to throw the ball to!

Anything that is termed "blockbuster trade" would almost certainly entail Ben and since he just restructured his contract I doubt he'd be going anywhere. Several other big players have just restructured too, I doubt this rumor is true.

Actually, I think he's full of sh!t. But, he said he heard some guy on ESPN radio stating that the Rams were going to trade their #2 pick to Washington for their #6 pick. Redskins want Wallace and that's where Pittsburgh comes in. He said the trade between the three teams have been in negotiations for some time and other players/draft picks/$$$ could be involved in the deal. It's my lunch hour and I have been searching the net with no mention of this, but, does it make any sense?

Doesn't make sense to me on that much info...The Redskins could simply trade there #6 pick for Wallace...I am not really sure why they would have to go down to #2?

If we have another player that the Redskins want then that could make sense....The other side of the equation would be who would the Steelers want so bad at pick #2?RG3 has to be the 2nd. pick of the draft and there is really no reason to get him unless the Team has another deal in place for him or Ben...

So no it really doesn't even sound right to me....

Theres alao a rumor the rams want wallace and out willing to give up the number two for him. I would love if that were to be true we could trade back for all kinds of picks. I highly doubt it though.

None of these dumb trade rumors involving the Steelers are true...no 3 way trade...no trade for the #2 for Wallace (it would take a LOT more than that to get the #2 from STL), the end!

Or...the browns may stay true to form and ruin another QB. I have looked in my magic 8 ball and it says, "it might be true"!

i'd suggest we trade limas sweed straight up for the #2 pick but i don't think anyone here would go for it.

I heard the same thing from my best friends uncles 3rd cousin's ex fiance' who went to school with Merrill Hoge's 2nd wife's cousin's ex business partner's best friend who just so happened to live 4 doors down from Kevin Colberts 6th grade teacher's ex husband's college room mate.

So, yeah it must be true.

I live in St. Louis and listen to the local sports talk radio and other than some bone head talk radio guys stating their opinion that they would love to have Wallace ,I haven't heard anything.

Yeah, a three-team Blockbuster trade involding the Steelers sounds just like the Steelers............NOT! No way we are involved. It's just our style of doing business, like it or not. I have heard on ESPN radio (for what that's worth), that the Rams would ask for no less than two #'1's and at least one #2 pick. We won't be involved, but I would be very intrigued to hear that we "might" be???!?!?!?!

There is an internet rumor circulating that the Steelers are involved in a mega-blockbuster trade with 4 other teams. What there saying is that we will trade Wallace, Farrior and Colbert for the Rams 3rd round pick. The Rams will trade their number one pick for Washington's 2nd round pick and Washington's entire offense (they are hoping to find one serviceable player). Washington will trade that number one pick back to us for one of the players of our practice squad and we will then trade an undisclosed 2nd round pick in 2020 for Wallace. I guess that is only 3 teams so it must not be true!
