It is going to get real ugly fast at home if Steelers don't field a competitive team early
that plays with heart, Art and MT will hear the boo birds immediately.

What’s really scary is that it was still the most competent QB play we had during that entire season.

Jake Browning threw 3 interceptions that led to Steelers points. Joe Burrow doesn't throw those picks and would have beaten the Steelers. Tyler Huntley and the rest of the Ravens backups only scored 13 points, Lamar Jackson and the Ravens starters would have easily won that game. Rudolph would have gone 1-2 if Burrow and Jackson would have played instead of Browning and Huntley.

I would assume the post was talking about what Arth and Arthur can do with a QB who stays in the system for more than 1 year. Right now, we are once again using a QB room that has NO Experience with Arthur Smith's playbook.

If Tannehill is really wanting to make a comeback after sitting out all last year with an injury, it would be kind of exciting to see him leading the QB room with Mason and a rookie learning from a player that knows Arthur's playbook backward and forward.

the nfl doesn't take games away from teams because they only played against this guy or that guy. mason was 3-0 that season. if those other QB's played and lost that would be on the defense.

Perhaps, but that is speculation. The Steelers dominated that game against the Bengals. They easily could have won it in a shootout if Burrow played and had a big game.

You are probably right about the game against the Ravens, but a turnover-prone quarterback like Jackson playing in those conditions could have led to the Steelers getting some big breaks.

Joe Burrow has thrown his share of interceptions against the Steelers. The Steelers had touchdown drives of 92, 80, and 75 yards in that game. They also drove 64 yards to set up a field goal. Two scores came off turnovers in Bengals' territory, but that doesn't mean the offense wasn't chewing the Bengals up in that game.
