If Najee is not there, this guy can play.
I watched until the sounds started. LoL. Is this the Kid from N.C.??
The key word was..on BYU player.
Yes he is, tore up my Pitt Panthers as did their MLB.
Yes I like both their Rbs. Are both coming out? I think they are, but not sure.
The mute button comes in handy for these highlight videos.
So what difference does that make?
I like Williams, but I don't know if I like him enough to take him #24.
Didn't think of it. Though I would like 2 hear the guys calling the game sometimes.
2nd round if Najee is not in our grasp. OL first if Najee goes to high in draft.
when najee gets behind our line he will say WTF.
Lets hope not. i am wanting to see a whole new attitude
on that OL .Mean, aggressive individuals that give 110 %
I don't think Williams will last until pick #55.
devine deablo a safety from VT. 6-3 226. very productive kid as a tackler and pass defender. right around shaziers size. love the name for a defender too. almost a two for one guy. safety and LB. RD. 3 if surratt isn't there. if they don't go collins in the 1st. would fill a hole and give them the true size and production they seem to keep trying to find next to bush.
Can he drop to #24
I don't think so but, he would be a player I would be interested in. He was coached well
matter of fact his head coach is who I wanted the Steelers to hire many years ago.
I don't trust these Pro day times. Everyone is better at their pro day than at the combine. So far I have seen some times out there that I'm like.....Yeah right.
Why do you say that? Aren’t these runs live or are they taped and sent in?
Ah, never mind, just saw what you were referring too. No reason to doubt that though unless I am missing something.
Go compare any combine runs 2 Pro day runs. Some how...most...are faster , stronger, jump higher at pro days.
Heck . I've read Gms talk about this , and how they've been tricked many times before.
Yeah but how? Watching the video above, thats live, being filmed. Not saying you are wrong, just asking how that is.
With due respect, NFL Combine Measurements really should not be the full end all, be all either. Keep in mind players have to go through strenuous and arduous interview sessions and medical checkouts before even beginning the NFL Combine itself. By the time the NFL Combine begins, many of those players are mentally taxed out as the Pre Draft Porcess has been called a Nightmare.
In contrast, Pro Days allow said players to receive a full day's rest before their testing. These tests give a more clear and crystal view of a players maximum athletic ability. Granted, certain tests really do not sway my opinion of a player one way or the other barring extreme circumstances.
However, what is most important to note is how COVID 19 changed everything. Like the world we live in, the NFL Combine will never be the same ever again anyway. If anything, Pro Days will likely become the new normal from here on out.
The Gms talk about different things. Like a 40 not being a true 40. I believe USC (think it was USC) was caught once running 39 something's yard 40s. That's just one example. Look it up bro. There is a lot about it out there. That's why they only count official times from the combine. Also running surfaces differ from school 2 schools.
One guys 4.40 time is not the same as another's if both ran on different surfaces. Also if you've ever lifted weights you have seen some places 275 lb are just a little different than others. At the combine everyone is getting graded on same surfaces, weights ,timing, and everything else. Those are just different examples. None of these Colleges want their players 2 look bad.
The Combine people don't care. You look good or you don't.
Main difference is everyone is in the same boat at the combine.
Not so school 2 school.
Also they want 2 see how you handle the pressure away from your comfort zone (school)
