Painful, but we seen it coming!

    Things that must be done, Fire Ba, Ben has not improved as he is capable of
    under BA! Make Dick Lebeau retire. He is too friendly with his players, especially veterans.
    Him and Mike Tomlin do not believe in playing younger players. Why is this?

    And Purge from the multiple lists that are on this board the necessary players needed
    to get us able to become players in FA/Draft market. Yes it will be painful,but hard choices
    must be made.
