OT James Hurst Suffers Broken Leg

    If you were watching the Belk Bowl, UNC OT James Hurst went down in the 1st quarter with a nasty looking leg injury. UNC reps confirmed it was a broken left fibula.

    I saw that. another good LT down. I saw saunders and britt have moved up the boards a lot in the last couple of weeks, as they should have.:cool:

    though a broken leg shouldn't be as long of a rehab as a knee or something else. maybe he just drops farther. say 5th or 6th round. he should be ready for camp if it's just a break depending on the severity.:cool:

    If it's a simple broken bone with no ligament damage, no need to change the board. Bones generally heal strong.

    I like hurst too. if he would slip some, he'd be worth grabbing. he's got about the most pure LT experience as any out there. 4 years at that spot.:cool:
