Side note; already seeing people complaining about Tomlin's Analyst performance thus far. My response?! Anyone expecting Tomlin to be anywhere near the likes of John Madden on opening night have themselves to blame.


Tomlin does have a great personality but the fact remains is that he is still not fully 100% comfortable. Give him some time. He will be fine.

 

Got rolled up on as well. Oof. That usually isn't good.


Gonna have to wait and see how severe though.

I have been pointing it out. But I am legitimately pulling for Tomlin. I hold no ill will towards him.

 

Hopefully this alleviates the concerns so many had about Will Campbell. I kept trying to tell people that having a lower body injury, as an Offensive Tackle, is no different than having a lower body injury as a Corner; the job being comically more difficult than it already is. Dude has gotten much better.


Wouldn't shock me if he nabs a Pro Bowl this season.

 

Neither do I.


I just find it exhausting that people are already panning him.

 

I think Tomlin is doing fine.

 

He will get better. It's weird seeing him awkward in front of a mic. I chuckled when he said he felt like he needed to thumb wrestle Harbaugh

 

Some rivalries never go away. Cannot blame Harbaugh if he felt the same. Those two have done battle for nearly a generation.
