OK, has Cortez, beat out Keenan for starting CB?

I think he has, I think they will take a hard look at this in Buffalo

I have never been a lewis fan. that being said I bet they will start him because of experience. I think Allen has more ability and more upside, i'm just not sure they think he is ready. I hope he starts. I watched him play at the citadel and the kid can play. I know who watches the citadel, but I have a close family memeber who went there and is obsessed with them. He said when we drafted him that we were getting a hell of an athlete he was just raw. I think he may be one year away from starting. I thought that brown would be able to replace lewis first, but he is a disappointment

 

I was at a game at the Citadel between 1979 and 1981. Stump Mitchel passed George Rogers that day and was the College rushing leader for at least that day. Mitchel had an Army contract badge on later. I assume the STL Cardnals bought his contract out because he went straight into the NFL. Was Allen a contract student at the Citadel? Who bought him out if so.
