Offseason workouts

I saw something on twitter about some of the players who stayed in Pittsburgh and working out at the team facility, guys like DeCastro, Adams, and Wheaton. I think Jarvis Jones could benefit from this but I think he's at home in Atlanta, he better be ready to produce next season. I didn't see anything on Jones twitter about working out maybe he's doing what he needs to do to get stronger.

 

Yes, I believe that's what he was referring to as well. I thought about this last week and tried to find out what his plans were going to be. I didn't come up with anything. I thought he was scheduled to be with Shaw down in Florida this year, but couldn't fand any references to that at all. The only reference to working with Tom Shaw was from last year prior to or after the draft/combine. He was listed as one of his athletes.

From that article I got that it looks as if a few o-line guys and position guys are trying to stay closer this off-season so they can work better together. I think there was Beachum, DeCastro and Adams mentioned there.

 

Yeah that's it, Jones better not be eating Ben and Jerry's on the couch otherwise we're screwed.

with a guy like woodley being shown the door, it may hit home to alot of players to get with the program.
