The problem is he's gotten to a point in his career that he literally doesn't care about throwing picks. He said so himself. Being surrounded by yes men coaches probably doesn't help either. He got what he wanted in an OC and Tomlin is as much of a friend as a coach. Ben needs to care more about throwing picks because a single INT can be the difference between a SB and sitting at home watching the ****ing Pats in it again
