Yes, the Bills have Von Miller, but Miller isn't a kid anymore and the pass rush still isn't good enough. Buffalo's downfall last year began when Von Miller suffered a season-ending injury on Thanksgiving so why not add another young, talented edge player? Nolan Smith ran a 4.39 40-yard dash at the Combine and is the type of player who can make that happen.

The Arizona Cardinals have many needs, cornerback is chief among them with the free agency loss of CB Byron Murphy Jr. to the Vikings.

Maryland cornerback Deonte Banks captured attention at the NFL Scouting Combine measuring in with terrific size at 6-foot-0 and a rocked-up 197 pounds. Banks ran a ridiculous 4.35 in the 40-yard dash to pair with a 42-inch vertical and 11-foot-4 broad jump. Banks also ran a super-fast 1.49 10-yard split. Banks’ athletic testing confirmed an elite athlete that qualifies for rare territory. Banks scored a near-perfect 10/10 Relative Athletic Score, placing him among the most athletic cornerbacks to perform at the combine since 1987.

Banks is a natural cover corner with speed, height, strength, quick feet, and agility. He is very fluid and does a nice job of running the route with receivers to prevent them from gaining separation. He keeps receivers from coming open and is quick to recover if they get a step. For a big cornerback, Banks has very nice hips to turn and run downfield with speed receivers.
