No Joe Burrow signing and no 2020 season??

What happens if Joe Borrow never signs with Cincinnati and there is no 2020 NFL season?

If Joe Burrow sits out this entire year he goes back into the 2021 draft; is that the standard process for rookies that sit out?

But, is there anything different if there is no 2020 season?

If the 2020 season is not going to happen, why sign a contract that you will not get paid for?


OK, it looks like there are a lot of unsigned rookies in the top ten. Maybe the Steelers not having a 1st round pick was the way to go in this years draft!

Let me know if this list is out of date. I would think more players would have been signed by July 1st.

 

180 rookies are unsigned, and 29 of the 1st round picks are unsigned, thats because teams haven't been able due to covid to bring them in for team physicals....The Packers did sign their 1st and second round picks yesterday......
