    He's healthy and will take part in offseason activities per Post Gazette. D-line coach Mitchell seemed to like his potential before he got injured, they could use the depth at the position also Tomlin didn't close the door on Kiesel returning FWIW.

    With him and Spence coming back, its like having extra draft picks but more ready to contribute after digesting everything. Hopefully Embernate can give us something too on the offensive side.
