My thoughts on the 1st rd of the draft

I work just outside Cleveland, and every Brown fan I talked to was disappointed in their first round pick. To tell you the truth, I'm a little relieved that they didn't snatch up Jeanty myself.

Yeah, but what did they think about the trade back? Would the Browns be better off with Travis hunter, or an extra 1st in 2026, and an extra 2nd in 2025?

 

Most didn't mind the trade back, just who they selected with the pick. The sentiment was "What good are all the picks if they aren't grabbing truly special talent with it" and that it's always "Wait till next year." Personally, I think they are setting themselves up really well for a much better quarterback next year.
