That doesn't make it the correct call or fair to blame Porter rather than the officials.

Sorry but I am calling BS on this. Broken or cracked ribs are extremely painful making breathing difficult. If his ribs are as bad and we are going to use this as a scapegoat for KFPs errant throws I have the same question about picking DJ up after a TD. He seemed to even carry him.

Harris and Warren in '23 = Morris and Pegram in '95.

Best 1-2 punch we've had at RB since Bus and Fast Willie.

Call BS all you like, but the torque needed to throw a football puts completely different pressure on the core than holding someone up the way Pickett did with Johnson.

Well I played competitive baseball so I know torque and I have also had cracked ribs so I know what they feel like and the limitations. We will just have to agree to disagree. I love KFP but his accuracy has been questionable before the injured ribs.

It was, but that was with the sort of pressure he didn't face Thursday night. I'm not sure if the ribs were a factor or not, but missing so many passes even when he was well protected was unusual. If we see that going forward even when there is good protection, the Steelers are in some serious trouble in the short and long term.

    Agreed

I skied aggressively when I lived in Colorado and hit a ski lift pole and broke my ribs on the right side

    Then I caught a cold

Kyle Shanahan had 2 NFC title game with Jimmy G...And they were in the super bowl in one of those game...If you talk about this year only,Robert Saleh. Also the Browns,Watson and his backup has been very poor right now

I'm not sure why people are impressed with the Seahawks. They caught the Browns with P.J. Walker and beat some terrible teams like the Panthers, Giants, and Cardinals. The only somewhat impressive victory they have came against the Lions.

With the exceptions of the Eagles, Cowboys, and 49ers, the NFC is very weak.

    I agree,
We don't know what Jimmy G really is. He's hurt to much. I noticed before Purdy....every time Jimmy G was out they lost. I will give You Saleh. I'm not sure about Browns....how long has it been that they have played a starting Qb , and it has only been this year. Tomlin did it last year, and so far this year.

I will agree with that. So we have Mike T, Pete C, and Salah from the Jets winning with bad Qb play. It's not an easy thing to do.

The Ravens are in our same division and it's such a big rivalry that it's almost always close regardless of the roster and the stats...I remember when the Ravens beat us with Ryan Mallett in 2015 and I also remember when the Steelers beat them in Baltimore in 2012 with Charlie Batch....the ravens won the super bowl and the steelers were 8-8 that year....The stats are always out of the window in this matchup.....Like the pats with brady had a losing record on the road against the dolphins in 18 years...weird things happen sometimes when two teams are in the same division....but yes the only elite team the steelers could beat in the playoffs, it's the Ravens because of that, even if the game is in Baltimore but overall the Ravens have a much better chance of winning the Super Bowl this year that the steelers

First 2 years of Shanahan with the 49ers,they were in a true rebuilding and their defense were awful...In 2020,they were depleted by injuries and it includes Bosa for like 14 games who is almost important as Watt is for Pittsburgh....An average QB would have won the super bowl for the 49ers in 2019 and maybe in 2021.Maybe Alex Smith in his prime would been enough for them in his 2 years
