My Roster Analysis - Specialists

What can you say about this group...for the most part really solid.

Suisham - Despite me not being his largest fan, I think he did very well this year. Every XP. He had 3 misses, but 2 of those IMO shouldn't have even been tried, and the other was on the snapper. How do you complain about that in Hines Field? I bring him back.

Butler - He needs to have camp competition, but his number aren't horrible. I am okay if they give him another shot.

Warren - I have seen it reported that we can sign THREE rookies for what it would cost us to bring him back. Yes, he is pretty reliable, but hold open tryouts if you have to and get the cap savings in order to get us in a great position here.

NEEDS: Long Snapper

 

Suisham's cap hit for 2013 is $1,762,5000. I'm not sure how much they save by releasing him but they may try to save a few dollers with a new rookie kicker.
