    Good read what a class act....maybe the Rooneys should have bought his Daughter and her family a house here. Heck he should of bought them a whole town to keep Munch here, lol.

    Never said they just handed him anything. He was helping coach the offensive line before munch got here. He was also a quality control coach. :cool:

    I'm not buying this doom and gloom just because a OL coach leaves, they still have 3 former Pro Bowl OL on the team.

    Has anyone else noticed that in every photograph of Mike Munchak, he is in full coaching mode, looking like he is laying it all on the line. Conversely, every photo of Sean Sarrett looks like he is holding up the drive through lane at Mcdonalds, too confused to figure out the menu.

    Tomlin's current contract is up at the end of 2020. If Rooney doesn't extend it in 2019 Tomlin might "retire" or "want more family time".

    I think they would call him, sure. He is well thought of inside the organization by players and management alike.

    Will be a big tell if Tomlin isn't given a contract extension before the season, he'll officially be on the hot set. I think his being retained would be dependent on several things.

    Putting an end to the circus atmosphere.
    Stop playing down to the competition (Players have admitted this so please stop with the excuses).
    A deep run in the playoffs.
