I don't like anything about Vick. I'd still rather have him than Jones as the back up if that is our only option.

Gradkowksi's career record is 6-14 with 21 TD 24 INT and he doesn't get 10% of Vick's hate.

The mere fact that Vick killed any dog is dispicable. Pick up Hernandez too. He didn't kill MY family.

Vick stinks. Doesn't fit our system. Was a huge gamble that didn't pay off. A major distraction and a criminal. Not what I believe Steelers football should represent. Sign more guys like Heath.

 

I don't think Vick has the skills left to warrant a spot anymore. Age hits everyone. Will Allen needs to go too. And unfortunately, I think Heath only should have a year left. They'll keep Landry Jones, and I would think they retain Gradkowski and let him battle it out with whoever they add this offseason thru draft or FA. Grad was on the sidelines a lot so they must like his view and input for Ben.

 

Vick... he lost his extra gear as an athlete, which made him dangerous.

 

brett favre won a lot of games too, but doesn't mean he can still play.

my only trouble is grad is pricey for what he is. money is getting tight with a lot of bigger money contracts due to be signed in the next couple of years.

 

Would take Vick with a full offseason with the team or Kessler over Jones. Jones nearly cost us a playoff win. Year 3 in the system and still shows he can't handle it. That win over the cards does not impress me, Arians is overrated just because he pretends to be a free thinker and that team is mentally soft.

Aside from the fact Vick is a vile human being, he is clearly washed up. He was a couple of years ago. After the draft, and maybe into camp, because of rookie signings, a decent vet backup will be available. No reason to keep one who never should have been signed in the first place.

I wasn't big enough to play football at Quaker Valley High school so I was the manager on the team. We weren't very good the first 2 years. Mr Burgman the assistant coach would always give the halftime speach. it always started with. YOU GUYS STINK OUT LOUD! iF HE DID THAT TODAY HE WOULD BE FIRED FOR HURTING THE PLAYERS FEELINGS. Sorry caps got locked. But when I was a SR. In early July we went to St. Vincent for football camp. That would have been 1965 since I graduated in 66. The food was so good I ate 2nds every meal. The Steelers came in a week or so after us. That was their 1st year there and they are still there. Now I feel like part of history haha
