Here's Coach T's presser from earlier if you didn't catch it. I liked the part where he said "You can take the helmet off them and make them watch." when asked how to stop players from making the Special Teams penalties.

looks like Pouncey will be back, but still no Troy or Gilbert. might even see Mendy and Redman.

im liking Legs at Center. maybe its time to try Pouncey out somewhere else. moving might even keep him on the field more regularly.

i also hope they let Dwyer start again and get the most carries.

I'm glad Mr.T finally addressed the penalty issue...I really thought this would have been put to bed prior to over 100 yrds left on Cincy's turf. It doesn't show on stats but it kills all those chunks of real estate gained by our special teams along with down plays. This method worked for mendenhall and others...stick the hardhat between the legs and watch & learn!! This far into the season penalties should be @ min.

I'm not opposed to that idea, unless Colon has another solid week. If he reverts back to his usual self maybe put Pouncey in?

I agree. You have two very good players on the Oline in Pouncey and Legursky. Use them both ...

I'm not ready to crown Legursky the starting centre just yet. He has been a reliable and capable back up, and he had a very good game against Cincinnati. But one game does not justify shifting a pro-bowl centre to guard.

    Yet.

I don't think you pull Pouncey out at center. Even Collinsworth was calling him one of, if not the, best centers in the league. I'd be fine with finding a new home Legs, however!

Yeah but you have to admit he is done a very good job in Pounceys absence. And he is healthy and stays healthy usually :)

For sure. And I hope he continues to (play well AND stay healthy!).

"You can take the helmet off them and make them watch."

Riiiight. I'll believe that when I see it.

Doesn't he always say stuff and not follow through?

Mr.T normally follows thru on most of the issues @ hand...but if they continue to mount he just may get a nudge from Danny & Art along with Steely McBeam
