People mentioning Bradshaw in here. Honestly this guy needs to shut his trap. Steelers need to unretire his number and forget he existed.

Yeah right...I think he was just intelligently throwing shade at Bradshaw. Hollywood Henderson considered Bradshaw an idiot. For us old heads, remember in the Superbowl against Dallas, when it was 3rd and long? Dallas thought they had the perfect defense called and Bradshaw handed the ball off to Franco on a draw...
and Franco ran some 20yds for a TD ...untouched...lol...they're still saying...what kinda idiot would call a draw on 3rd and long?! It worked!....so who's the idiot?! But, yeah, they didn't respect Bradshaw at all. If I gave him the C and the A ...he still couldn't spell CAT

Yeah, let's do that! And while we're at it, let's take those four Lombardi Trophies he helped to win out of the trophy case too!

Bradshaw hit the nail on the head, finally somebody has the balls to say it on national TV. Maybe Rooney sr needs to kick the bucket before they can get rid of MT. He's the only reason the cheerleader is still around, how do you go from having 2 coaches to a cheerleader, is this the new NFL, just let your QB and coordinators run the show?

Bradshaw is just like that crazy uncle that everybody rolls their eyes at at Christmas dinner, but he's family and we love him anyway, lol.

There was a time in the early 90's before the internet really took off where the Sunday morning pregame shows were the top way of getting all your NFL info and Bradshaw was the undisputed top analyst. Remember when he went from CBS to Fox and how huge a deal it was? Fox was new to the NFL game and was looking for a way to legitimize their broadcasts and TB was it. Now in this day and age where every retired player is trying TV and they are more tech savvy, 24 hr news cycles, internet, instand up to the minute news on every team has left guys like Bradshaw, Chris Berman and the guys many of us grew up listening to, largely irrelevant. TB was the first QB to ever win 4 SB's and not in an effort to hang on just a bit longer he is going all shock jock and it's sad. Is there truth to some of what he says? Yep but there are better ways of going about it without tarnishing your legacy in a last ditch attempt to stay relevant.

I don't disagree thorn but this is much ado about nothing. TB's comments were much less benign than what at least 50% of fans say about MT. People taking stabs at TB for his comments are quite ridiculous.

Oh I agree, this is beyond silly it's like if your a Steeler you have to say nothing but happiness and light about the team. Reality is you don't and everyone is entitled to their own opinion

Bradshaw was a great player but he does sometimes say stuff to rile people up like when he said that John Elway wouldn't win in the NFL. Then again, maybe he believed that.

Clueless, you don't get to 100 wins in 10 years and have the best winning percentage in team history if you don't know what you're doing. It's a good thing the Rooney's don't listen to fans like like you and that idiot Bradshaw.

Very rarely but yeah. Generally I think they just don't "reissue" certain numbers. They just retired Mean Joe's like last year didn't they? Also isn't Ernie Stautner's retired too?

OK Bradshaw can run his mouth all he wants but if we don't have Tomlin who would we have? Rex? Marone? Joe S**T the ragman?
No, we have a guy who got to 100 wins faster than our last 2 iconic coaches

Tomlin said he grew up a Cowboys fan but didn't say he was no longer one...oh my, such an unacceptable comment...two wrongs never make a right.

Grew up a Cowboys fan huh, I think he was making a point, but you know what they say, "With age comes wisdom". He's Black n Gold through and through now.
