Bengals will need to recover an onside kick to win.

I'd imagine that this is even less likely than it used to be with the new kicking rules.

What possible reason is there to believe the Bengals' offensive line can do either of those things?

It's a TNF road game. Steelers have a horrible record on the road for Thursday Night Football. Wouldn't surprise me one bit if Bengals won this game.

The current Bengals are like the 2016 colts without Luck right now when the steelers won a TNF game on the road for the last time

Browns fans must feel some type of way watching Baker Mayfield become an MVP Caliber Player right before their very eyes. Not sure if Tampa Bay can do it this year but it would be the epitome of irony if Baker won a Super Bowl within the next Three Seasons. Would be the ultimate redemption for him.....

.... and a very long continuation of ineptitude by the Browns.

Wake me when Tomlin sees us win 9 games.

I swear he let's off the gas and starts playing with the brake like a 13 year old boy who finds a 1980s playboy.

Well when I found my uncles playboys at 13, I can assure you that I didn't slow down.

Yes, I'm aware. You've brought this up quite a bit already. As someone already pointed out in response, pretty much every team has trouble going on the road for Thursday night games. Sure, the Steelers could lose, but this is one they should win. The Bengals' defense sucks and the Steelers are much better at generating pressure on the quarterback than the Packers.

Yeah, you keep bringing this up. Are you under the impression this is uniquely a Steeler problem?

When the Steelers win this game, I will expect particularly high praise from you for them, overcoming something that has been such a problem for them and all.

Not sure if anyone noticed but I believe all but one TNF game has been a divisional contest. Nice scheduling Goodell.

Winner. He's our good luck charm. The only game we lost , he picked us to win. We need him to say we will get spanked Thursday night.

Pretty hard agree here from me. Every time I get comfortable with our team and think we're about to take that next step, we just crumble. Had a chance 2 years ago going into Cards/Pats/Colts to strangle the division and work our seeding and then lost all 3 only to get lucky with Mason (and some other teams losing) to get in and get blown out. Had a chance to win literally any of the last 4 games of the season last year and lost all 4 (quite convincingly for the most part too) only to get pounded by the Rats. Any time I get hope Tomlin pulls me in.... I gotta keep it real until I actually see the change lol

LoL . So no chance for any teams except the Chiefs, and the Eagles?. Because I see Lions , Bills, and many others look good every year, and then they lose in the playoffs. So none of their fans should be excited? Actually not trying to be a d!ck. It's a real question. JMO,,but you can't just expect what happens before will happen again, or what's the point of it all. Just stick the same two teams in every year, and let's all stop watching.

We may win the division by Thanksgiving. What shall we do then in December?

No, we have a chance.... We're in a great spot rn (even more so if we beat the Bengals Thursday). I'm just saying I don't want to wear my heart on my sleeve this early in the season lol I've been kicked in the nuts the last two times I've believed in us (the last two years). I'm gonna be more cautious this year (even if there are legit reasons to be more optimistic).
