Okay, everyone, I need some help. I saw a recent story on Steelers Depot, that he was up to 225 and was now jacked.

I saw the same story before 2015. The weight then...225. I'm confused. How he bulked up, but still maintained the same weight or did he lose weight and he is back up to 225. I have had people say, have you seen him? Well, no I haven't. Anyone have any photo proof of the new look. Thanks.

I saw a story saying the other day that he definitely gained weight but done it on purpose. It was talking about how he has reached out to Ben and was letting him know what was going on with his conditioning and the like.

Actually studies show you lose about 10 pounds if you are a heavy smoker.

I have seen a bunch all of a sudden too, but the number I keep seeing is the same number I saw prior to the 2015 season.

If the article that was posted a couple weeks ago is true, he added that bulk through the weight room. I don't know what he started out at though. I thinke he'll be a terror next season.

I saw an interview with him where he said he's never worked out , just showed up and played . He more serious about his career and has been working out gaining strength and some size.

means nothing he was bulking up before he was suspended last year. Said he wanted to come in stronger and it didn't effect his speed.

Say what you want about him, if he adds more strength, he's not getting jammed at the line.

The Ravens tried doing it in the Play-off game and he trucked the guy and was wide open if the RB would have picked up the blitzer. That was a long TD that could have changed the game.

He still needs about 15 lbs. for his frame ..The way he is built i would speculate his ideal weight around 240 lbs..

If he got that heavy he would lose some of his speed.

His legs are to small if he built muscle that shouldn't slow him down munch and he would be more durable...

He's got the calf muscles of a HS WR..

Those skinny legs didn't seem to stop him from scoring 15 TDs, many from big plays he's big and fast enough. 240 lbs is approaching TE size .

By the way, calf muscles don't really grow unless you work on them intensely, focus on them for multiple sets a week. And even when you do, they still don't grow much. A dude who's 6'4 and not a body builder? Gonna have baby calves.
