Martavis Bryant getting stronger!

I wasn't dogging you out. Just saying that it would have been nice for him to get that mentoring and work "before" he was injured and they were "forced" to bring James back in. You can't get much work in with that wrist injury.

 

i remember reading another report a while back that had him working with jj on the bull rush and then the inside counter step. Harrison was talking about teaching jj how to plant that foot and cut inside once he got the tackle moving backwards. I haven't found that exact report yet but I do know they were working on some pass rush moves. I hope that has continued this year.

one thing I talked about last year was the fact before porter got here, we really didn't have anyone to teach the OLB'ers pass rushing. we had butler and olsavsky but not an edge guy. I think that will make some strides for our young guys. olsavsky will work with the inside guys. should make a huge difference.

on another note: our young WR's like MB are really being helped by Richard mann. he's help make this a strength of this team. our coaching staff is quite good right now and the benefits are really starting to show all over.

 

Martavis is also fast for a shorter guy

Also he signed my Towel last year and he has really poor handwriting. I have no idea why we don't just cut the guy.
