Not trying to argue, but just for semantics it is illegal for Bryant to do drugs. It is a violation of the NFL/Union agreement which his contract legally binds him to. So yes, for him it is per se illegal. Now, on the grand scheme of things, it ranks right up there with J Walking.

Are you sure about that? I heard on ESPN radio Pittsburgh that's what they said, they don't have to notify the team after 2 failed tests because there is no suspension. After 3 failed tests I think the team is notified then.

 

The second has nothing to do with it, Bryant failed 3-4 tests that's why he got suspended.

 

So you're saying David Todd of ESPN is wrong then.

I read that his teammates talked to Bryant and they let him know that he let the team down, hopefully he learns from his mistake. Watching him against the Bills he's a freak athlete, a poor man's Randy Moss.

He'll be a bums randy moss if he don't unscrew his priorities... In the meantime, I think he can be better than Moss or atleast have a more complete resume with this teams way of playing receiver. I don't see Bryant as a one trick pony. And he damn sure has a better QB than Randy did to help him on the journey.
