we sound like the bengirls.
what was an awesome looking season to be has turned on a dime.
I saw this discussed on First Take once, they said all these guys need to bring anything they are thinking of taking to their trainer to make sure its all good. A lot of theses supplements don't even list all their ingredients.
Well. That sucks. Not much more we can say about it. Curious as all get out to know what it was though.

Bryant escorted from locker room w/GM Colbert #steelers
Randy Moss says he can still play.......
How, when, why did this happen?????
I am assuming he got busted for some sort of banned PED. But why was he tested? Because there's been a stink about him "bulking up" this off-season? And who, then, planted an idea in the league's ear to have him tested?
If he did the drug then it is his fault not any one else's. He was doing fine. Why take anything without the coaches knowing ( supplement coach)
Sorry he did it and got caught.
This is why he dropped in the draft to begin with.
On the positive side maybe we can sign him cheaper as another suspension would be 8 games and might scare teams away
Had to have already failed one in the last 3 months for a 4 Game suspension . So he knew another 1 was coming and he kept doing whatever he was doing. I know he has showed a lot of promise , but as a 4th. rounder he is on the verge of getting cut . I hope the Team gives him 1 last chance , but if he gives anyone on the staff any lip he is a goner..
This would indicate to me that he's Stage 2 ie.- he's failed drug tests in the past
Every player is tested. I'm pretty sure this isn't a PED. This is the substance abuse policy. Every player is tested, and it's scheduled...like during OTAs. To get slapped with a 4 game suspension, you'd have to have failed 3 tests, or, you would have had to fail 2 tests and not been following the corrective guidelines set forth by the league for your rehabilitation.
1 year in the league and already 2 failed drug tests. Good guy.
Hey rookie you know you get tested.
Speaking of banned substance list, a bit of caution Sir - a few of your words are on the PC banned word list (at least here in Cali).
Regardless - the Steelers excel when they are underdogs facing adversity. Whoa - can't use d_gs either now.
Reason I ask is that I saw the list and Sudafed is on the list of banned substances, as I recall it's still sold in pharmacies but over the counter.... I think.
That is all.
This isn't a PED-related issue. Substance abuse means drugs, probably weed. Either way, a major loss for us. Hopefully he learns his lesson and is back on the field ready to go in week 5.
True. I think it's still available in most places over the counter.
Yup, I am listening to Starkey on The Fan and it is leaning more towards pot. Considering that the guy has been in the NFL for only 16 months and he has already moved into the suspension phase implies this guy smokes a lot of ganji
I am listening to Starkey on The Fan. Sounds like it is pot. Considering Bryant has only been in the NFL and is already reaching the suspension phase implies that this guy smokes a lot of ganja. Do we have another Josh Gordon on our hands?
Wow...this is ridiculous...we go one step forward and 3 steps back
What is it about the #10 ????
Headed down the exact same path as Gordon and Blackmon if, in fact, he's already failed two drug tests one year into his pro career.
Google the list of banned substances for NFL players. In the past there were items that GNC carried that were banned, so I assume some still apply.
I hope MB can get this issue behind him, I like the kid as a player. I want to see more of Murphy on the field to.
I was just about to re-subscribe to Sunday Ticket but really why bother?
This is disturbing to say the least.
Why do fans always whip out the Sunday Ticket cancel thing whenever something bad happens?
And the hits just keep on coming.
MB better get his life sorted fast. He has huge potential but it won't mean squat if he is out of the league over nonsense.
Assuming it is pot, there's plenty of time for that after you retire. For now, NOT smoking it is a condition of employment... for a job that pays extremely well and very few get the chance to do.
Where's our banging head against a wall smilie?
