Didn't Dak turn down a deal for 5 years $175 mil? (I could be wrong). I'm thinking he saved Jerry a boatload of money.

    He did.

That said, Dak had accomplished two NFC East Crowns and Two Playoff Appearances in his four years at Dallas. That is more than Tony Romo ever did in his four. All Dak wanted was his due money.

40+ Million a Year for Dak was his agents asking price. Jerry offered him ~$36 Mil per year I believe.

Dak is still going to get paid, his first four games were fantastic. He’ll get his money if not with Dallas than someone else will pay him.

There's a no name team out in Washington that could use a QB with his skills. Their coach has some experience with versatile QBs too.

That's true too. If the Cowboys don't pay Dak, then someone else will do so very quickly.

I wouldn't be surprised to see the Broncos in the mix too. They've needed a QB for a looong time.

I wonder how much of the money was guaranteed in either contract.

    Steelers should beat Dallas.
Especially since Dallas plays Eagles week before.

    Ugh we got Ravens.

So two teams coming off a tough Division game.

I cried when I blew my knee out. Thought I would never be 100% again & I wasn't. Granted this was back in the early 90s & sports medicine has been remarkable.

After alllllll those injuries on top of a historically bad defense, they still have a good chance of winning that division lmao

The game with Dallas was always gonna be a challenge but I do feel it’s definitely a lot more winnable with Andy Dalton being the QB over Dak given the success they have always had against him while he was on the Bengals.

Ravens will wipe their butts with eagle green next week but 6 wins could win the NFC East:)

i count about 6 more easy losses for the eagles which at best they would be 6-9-1 to potentially still win that division lmao

Dalton will either stink up the joint or be injured by the time we play them

Anytime you go to Dallas and the history of these two Franchises, expect a slobber knocker! Having the Red Rifle at QB is more like shooting a “Red Ryder” instead of a Mossberg 12 gauge, however a “Red Ryder” can still take your eye out!

Red rifle has a better supporting case than Cincinnati though. Offensively of course

In comparison to DeShaun Watson, their success is similar. Both have won their division multiple times and have been very good for a while now. The difference here is consistency. DeShaun is clearly the superior QB in comparison to Dak.

Dak is only consistent when his team is getting the brakes beat off of him. Either way a shame regardless that such an injury happened to Dak. Jerry Jones won this.

Nor am I. We only play them once every four years. That was not my point though.

An offense with either of those young guns would make the Cowboys Offense bonkers.

Red Rifle is = or < Romo

Can he consistently put up 40pts. the Cowpies will need?

Where is Glenn with pimping the thread should be moved?
