Don’t they go “all in” every year?

I get that it's easy to mock, dismiss, and scorn the Browns, but let's be honest would you trade Ben straight up for Mayfield right now? hell yeah. Would you trade Chubb or Hunt for whoever we got toting the rock? Hell yeah.

Now that's not true for every position or unit, but I'm not going to write them off just because of the uniforms they wear.

    No ! I wouldn't trade Ben 4 Mayfield.
Hell the Browns are not sold on Mayfield.

Clev is just one sorry ass place to go, visit, play, live, drive thru, eat, fly over, and their team has and always will be the laughing stock of all pro teams until the end of days. The gutter is infinitely only 1 year away.

i'm not saying they're going to the big dance by any means. That belongs to KC or the Bills in the AFC, but they've already proved to be a better team than the Steelers last year. 48 points at heinz field in the playoffs against the Steelers. I don't know why people keep glossing over that. They have improved since then as well on paper in FA and seem have to the coaches that know what they're doing to coach them up and utilize their strengths, while the Steelers lost hilton, dupree, and most likely nelson on defense, which was our stronger side of the ball.

they've already proved to be better man, Check the last two games the Steelers played last year. I don't think they're a SB contender but AFC north first place contender? yes. Them or Baltimore will finish first in the division

Mock Cleveland (and Cincy) at your peril. Many of you are probably not old enough to remember the 80's, but the Steelers got kicked around by both Ohio teams for much of that decade, and that was coming off of 4 Super Bowls in 6 years for the Steelers. Any team can turn it around.

The Browns had a hole in their secondary and aggressively filled it. That roster is vastly superior to the Steelers' right now, and frankly it's not close. If they get LB help they won't have any holes on their roster, while the Steelers are swiss cheese at the moment.

Who won the division last year? We already had a lock on it so not sure we went all in to get the title at the end of the season. Last game was player prep and not because we were not the better team. Mason proved that with backups in Clev's house and them trying to get into the playoffs for the 1st time in a century. They were all in big time, we played backups and took it to a 2 pt conversion at the end. Case closed.

Would you also give that same advise to our adversaries who may be, and probably are, mocking the Steelers right now? Even if both teams won the SB the next 4 years I'd still be mocking them because they still suck.

Since 2017 the Browns have more playoff wins than the Steelers. One. I agree the Browns are better than the Steelers and will probably beat the Steelers next year. But they are sill the Browns. I wouldn't take them over the Steelers no matter what

The Steelers have enough of their own issues to discuss, I could care less about the Stains right now.

    I gloss over it
    1. When both teams were at full strength, We destroyed them.
    2. One game, that is a SB 2 them ,against us ,doesn't make a season.

That's the thing, all of them (Ravens, Browns)have had a superior roster compared 2 the Steelers for about the last 3 years.
    Yet .....

Our D was much more talented last year than Cleveland's, but we just lost half of it while the Browns fixed their secondary. Two years prior Baltimore finished ahead of the Steelers.

Who won the playoff game last year? Despite being without their head coach and some key players no less.

No they haven’t. You said they’re the best team in the division. Steelers won the division last year. Until Cleveland actually does it.....

Well, the Steelers were missing key players as well. And some would contend that the fact the Steelers weren't without their head coach as well was a disadvantage.
