Wow, there's some big hits in this game. Thomas is a big boy and he just got smoked.

Good effort keeping that toe down. Fox is going to need a bottle of tums during the half. Guy's foaming at the mouth.

Atlanta punts on first possession of 2 nd half.
    They're gonna lose
edit: I didn't expect Broncos to go 3 and out, and then finally Atlanta has a good drive.

For whats its worth i see Denver winning the AFC West this year easyly and not just because of Manning they seem to have a pretty sqormmy Defense

Always remember in some opposing NFL City, IT IS STEELER WEEK.
This is how fans of other NFL franchises think, IT IS THIER SUPERBOWL to play the PGH Steelers.
You ask the people of Cleveland Ohio, if they would rather beat the PGH Steelers
or go to the Superbowl, I bet 8 out of 10 would say beating the Steelers is better.

    Reasons to be concerned:
    1. Manning has diminished velocity on his passes, but that didn't stop him from tearing up the Steelers' secondary.
    2. Steelers got no pressure on Manning; Atlanta was all over him.
    3. Denvers' WRs are sub-par...yet, still, the Steelers' secondary got beat regularly.
    4. LeBeau didn't seem to make proper adjustments
    5. Denver might have scored a lot more points if the Steelers' hadn't kept the ball away from them.
    6. One turnover.

    Reasons to shrug it off:
    1. Steelers had to play Denver cold, with no film on what they might do; but Denver had plenty of film on the Steelers. This is a big issue when you essentially have two weeks to prepare.
    2. Denver played Atlanta on the road
    3. No Ryan...seems Clark is harder to replace than Troy.
    4. Steelers moved to a press coverage against the Jets and it worked.

I mostly agree, but Denver's WR's are not sub-par in the least. Thomas is a stud in the making and is going to be one of the top WR's every year. Decker is a fantastic route runner with great hands. I'd love to have Thomas on our team, the kid is an athletic freak.

I agree that the Donkeys WR's are not slouches. Not to mention Stokely who is very familiar with Peyton. Also, how do you say that there is no film on what Denver would do? Peyton was typical Peyton and we had just as much opportunity as they did from pre-season. Don't forget we have a new OC and offensive scheme too. Manning did not have a good game - particularly the first quarter where he threw 3 INTs. All of those INTs were on Peyton and he definitely was not on his game like he was when he ran the no-huddle against the Steelers. McGahee and the donkeys OL were also superior to our OL and RB's.
